Our journey began in 2017 when plans were first drawn up to transform part of the former Blue Mountain Golf Centre into something completely different. After five years of planning and development, GolfPlex officially opened in July 2021 with a vision of redefining what a modern golf venue could be.

In February 2026, GolfPlex entered an exciting new era after becoming part of Burhill Golf & Leisure (BGL), one of the UK’s leading golf and leisure operators. The acquisition places GolfPlex alongside some of the country’s most respected golf and leisure venues, providing access to the experience, investment and expertise of a business with an outstanding reputation for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
